Cloud Support Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2/3/4 technical support for AWS cloud infrastructure issues and incidents
- Troubleshoot and resolve Kubernetes (EKS) deployment, configuration, and operational issues
- Diagnose and resolve CI/CD pipeline failures in GitLab CI environments
- Support teams with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) implementation and issues
- Analyse infrastructure logs, metrics, and traces to identify root causes
- Respond to and escalate critical incidents with appropriate urgency and documentation
- Monitor and manage Control-M jobs and workflows
- Troubleshoot: Job failures, Dependency issues, Scheduling delays
- Maintain and update runbooks for batch operations
Qualifications
- 8-11 years of hands-on expertise in cloud infrastructure and operations
- Deep technical expertise on technologies like AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), Control-M scheduling, and Gitlab CI/CD enterprise activities
- Hands-on experience in monitoring/observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Dynatrace
- Exposure to ServiceNow dashboards and ITSM workflows
