Cloud Space Engagement Analyst

Cognizant is a leading provider of IT and BPO services, serving a variety of global clients. We are seeking a Cloud Space Engagement Analyst to support a major cloud service provider's sales organization.

Role Responsibilities

• Conduct initial planning calls to understand client and sales team needs
• Develop agendas based on client use cases and customer needs, using documentation provided by the Cloud Space team
• Gather required logistical information from sales teams (e.g. dietary restrictions, headcount, room setup needs) and communicate to the appropriate site teams
• Source and align an appropriate speaker to each agenda topic
• Conduct speaker preparation calls and know before you go calls to ensure speakers and sales teams are aligned and ready for the engagement
• Confirm that each speaker has relevant talking points and content ready to go
• Update agendas in Cloud Space tool to ensure sessions are properly tracked
• Leverage templates to create and share meeting slide content (e.g. meeting slide deck) using templates
• Ensure smooth execution during client engagements
• Send post-event surveys and document insights shared by account teams
• Track and report performance metrics
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure engagement success, from on-site teams for day-of experience (catering, reception, events, AV, demos) to product/technical teams for session content
• Complete necessary trainings if processes are updated or new product training is required

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in Cloud sales and familiarity with cloud computing concepts
• A Bachelor's degree with 3-6 years of experience in customer engagement delivery from SaaS/IaaS/PaaS domain
• Excellent planning and organizing skills, including stakeholder management
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, including comfort presenting to executive and C-level audiences

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Experience delivering presentations or demonstrations
• Expertise in Agile & Scrum Methodologies

Salary And Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $86,000 - $95,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
