Cloud Platform Analyst
The Cloud Platform Analyst supports, monitors, and optimizes the organization's cloud infrastructure and platform services. This role collaborates with infrastructure, application development, cybersecurity, and operations teams to ensure cloud environments are secure, reliable, scalable, and cost-effective. The analyst assists with cloud deployments, operational support, automation, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives across public and hybrid cloud environments.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day administration and operations of cloud platforms and enterprise tools.
- Assist with infrastructure provisioning, automation, and configuration management activities.
- Monitor platform health, investigate issues, and coordinate incident resolution.
- Support platform upgrades, maintenance, patching, and lifecycle management.
- Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge articles.
- Assist with user onboarding, access management, and service requests.
- Support day-to-day administration of the Ansible Automation Platform, including inventories, credentials, job templates, and execution monitoring.
- Execute and maintain Ansible playbooks for infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and routine operational tasks.
- Assist with CI/CD pipeline support using GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
- Maintain platform documentation, operational runbooks, and standard operating procedures.
- Perform routine platform maintenance, user administration, and access management.
- Work with Cloud COE engineers to support cloud automation, governance, and operational improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or other relevant technology field or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience supporting cloud infrastructure or enterprise IT environments.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals.
- AWS Cloud fundamentals (EC2, EKS, VPC).
- Ansible Automation Platform (basic administration and playbook execution).
- Terraform fundamentals.
- Git and GitHub.
- Basic CI/CD knowledge.
- Linux (RHEL, Amazon Linux).
- Bash or Python scripting (basic).
- Infrastructure and cloud operations.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
Schedule
- Candidates will report to the office three days each week. Onsite work requirements may change at any time.

Work Environment
The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available. Travel may be required.
