Cloud Solutions Administrator I

About the role

The Junior Cloud Solutions Administrator will support the administration, maintenance, and optimization of cloud-based solutions utilizing Microsoft technologies. They will assist with the day-to-day management of cloud infrastructure, user identities, endpoint management, and security policies within Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the administration and support of cloud-based solutions within Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments
• Maintain and monitor cloud infrastructure and services
• Manage user identities and access using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Support device management and compliance policies through Microsoft Intune
• Auxiliary in implementing and maintaining security and data protection standards
• Support Microsoft Purview compliance and governance initiatives
• Collaborate with IT teams to support integration and operational stability of cloud-based services
• Auxiliary in basic automation and process improvement activities to improve operational efficiency

Requirements

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience supporting cloud technologies, Microsoft 365, and/or infrastructure systems.
• Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Basic understanding of cloud security, automation, and service delivery concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with cloud technologies, Microsoft 365, and/or infrastructure systems.
• Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Basic understanding of cloud security, automation, and service delivery concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
