Cloud Software Engineer

About the role

We are Versent, a company backed by Infosys, dedicated to shaping the future of cloud and AI. We are currently delivering high-impact, next-gen cloud modernization at scale. This role is part of our growing cloud infrastructure team based in Houston.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, build, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure in Azure.
• Work closely with experienced engineers and contractor teams on live projects.
• Aid with day-to-day cloud operations, deployments, and system administration tasks.
• Contribute to DevOps practices and continuous improvement of cloud environments.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Ability to work onsite in Houston 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in cloud, systems, or infrastructure roles.
• Hands-on exposure to AWS and/or Azure.
• Foundational skills in DevOps and System Administration.
• Must have one certification (AWS Cloud Ops Associate or Azure Administrator Associate).
