Cloud Services Ops, Associate Engineer

Major Responsibilities

• Prioritize issues of varying severity and effectively manage the resolution or escalation of all issues within accepted service levels.
• Perform application configuration and implementation with a heavy focus on Linux.
• Manage cases efficiently within our ticketing system.
• Facilitate communication between customers and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Update managers and management team on ticket status as required.
• Work with Cloud tools such as Apache, Tomcat, Zabbix, ServiceNow, Salesforce, SALT, SQLDeveloper, Apache Directory Studio, and VMWare.
• Operate within Linux and Windows environments.
• Be available to work occasional nights and weekends to support after-hours configuration changes and scheduled monthly maintenance activities.
