Cloud Services Manager (Azure, AWS)

This role focuses on managing a cloud services footprint to ensure a stable and secure infrastructure while collaborating with IT customers and third-party providers. The successful candidate will lead the strategy and implementation of a company-wide document management solution, addressing both legacy and new unstructured data. This position combines technical expertise with strategic planning and team leadership, allowing for significant impact on cloud and document management services.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain the cloud services infrastructure to ensure high availability and security.Lead the design and implementation of a document management solution for both legacy and new data.Develop and report on cloud and document services performance against established SLAs, including KPIs and metrics.Drive incident resolution and conduct post-mortems to improve service reliability.Collaborate with internal IT teams and third-party providers to optimize service delivery and cost management.Provide mentorship and direction to team members while reporting project status and business impacts to senior leadership.Required Qualifications:A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 2–4 years focused on designing and maintaining cloud services, specifically in Azure and AWS.5–7 years of application or solution development experience in a professional environment.3–5 years in direct customer relations, effectively aligning business needs with technology solutions.Proficiency in VMware ESXi, Cisco, Windows Server, Linux, and Active Directory, both on-premises and in Azure.Experience with Enterprise Content Management, document lifecycle management, and SharePoint.Familiarity with ITIL service management concepts and project management methodologies.Additional Details:Location: Houston, TX 77479This is an exciting opportunity to shape the cloud services strategy and lead impactful document management initiatives within a dynamic environment.
