Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the economic growth of the Seneca Nation
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders including government agencies, businesses, and community leaders
• Contribute to the creation and execution of marketing plans to promote the Seneca Nation's economic initiatives
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of ethical conduct

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business development, economic planning, or similar roles
• Strong understanding of federal government contracting processes and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successfully managing projects and meeting deadlines
• Experience in developing and executing strategic plans
• Knowledge of economic principles and their application in business settings
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

Pay

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
