What you would work on: - Plan end-to-end release timelines and coordinate Product, Engineering, QA, Support, and Operations. - Run readiness checkpoints and go/no-go meetings for features, infrastructure changes, hotfixes, and production releases. - Automate release reporting, checklist validation, ticket triage, and readiness checks with scripts or AI agents. - Integrate automation with CI/CD tooling and maintain compliance artifacts for SOC and ISO audits. - Track defects, post-release signals, and recurring issues to improve release processes. Good fit if: - You have 1-3 years of release management experience in SaaS, PaaS, or cloud-native environments. - You understand Agile delivery, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines. - You have hands-on automation experience using scripts, LLM APIs, or low-code agent tools. - Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Argo, Jenkins, Playwright, SOC 2, or ISO 27001 is helpful.
