For our client, a leader in the Media space, we are seeking a Cloud Platform Engineer to join their team. This role will lead technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution, collaborating across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and long-term technology capabilities within a Media environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Deploy and manage cloud landing zone architectures across Azure, AWS, and GCP with automated provisioning
- Implement infrastructure and policy as code using IaC templates and CI/CD pipelines
- Build and maintain system integrations using APIs, SDKs, and webhooks
- Deploy and manage Azure Virtual Desktop for remote user access
- Manage DNS-as-code for all agency platforms including related configurations
- Integrate logs and alerts into central monitoring tools and automate flagging of issues
- Perform quarterly reviews of configurations against security baselines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering or platform operations
- 3+ years deploying and managing cloud landing zones in Azure, AWS, or GCP
- 2+ years implementing infrastructure as code using Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation, or equivalent
- 2+ years supporting federal IT programs in health-focused agencies
- U.S. Citizenship required due to federal contract requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust background investigation

Pay
$108,006 – $183,610 annually
