We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading (none given). No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, legal, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, application instructions. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's parse the posting. Sections: - What We Do: description of company. Could be "About the role"? Actually "What We Do" is about company. Could be placed under "About the role" or maybe "About the company". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content accordingly. We have: What We Do: description of Megazone US. That's about the role/company. Could go under "About the role". What You Would Do: responsibilities. What We Will Teach You: learning/training. Could be under "Qualifications" or "Skills"? Might be "Qualifications" or "Skills". But we have separate sections for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. The posting includes "Who We Are Looking For" with required and helpful. That's requirements/qualifications. "Working pattern": schedule info. "For faculty and career services": maybe not needed. "Pay ranges are good-faith ranges...": Pay info. "Why You'll Love It Here": benefits/culture. We need to include sections only if real specific content. Let's extract: About the role: Could combine "What We Do" and maybe "Why You'll Love It Here"? But "Why You'll Love It Here" is more benefits/culture. We'll treat as Benefits. Responsibilities: from "What You Would Do". Requirements: from "Who We Are Looking For" required items. Qualifications: maybe from "Who We Are Looking For" helpful items? Or from "What We Will Teach You"? Actually qualifications could be the required qualifications. But we already have Requirements. Might combine. Skills: maybe from "What We Will Teach You" (skills to be learned) or from required helpful. Better to follow typical: Requirements = required qualifications. Qualifications = preferred qualifications. Skills = specific skills. Let's extract: Required: - enrolled in Computing & Information Technologies, Information Sciences, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Networking & Systems Administration, Software Engineering, MIS or similar; - at least one year of study completed, including coursework in programming, networking, operating systems or databases; - comfortable at a command line and willing to learn Linux; - clear written English; - dependable and detail-oriented; - willing to ask for help early rather than guess on a production system. Helpful, not required: - any hands-on cloud exposure at all, including a free-tier account or a class lab; - scripting in Python, Bash or PowerShell; - a home lab, help-desk job or anything you kept running for someone else; - AWS Cloud Practitioner or CompTIA; - Korean language ability. What We Will Teach You: list of topics (cloud platforms, operations, automation, security and cost, professional, certification). That's more like skills to be gained; could be under Skills or Qualifications. Pay: "Pay ranges are good-faith ranges for these locations, subject to final confirmation by Megazone US HR." That's vague but it's pay info. It says ranges are good-faith ranges, subject to confirmation. It's not a specific number but it's still pay info. According to rule: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD"). Here it's "Pay ranges are good-faith ranges for these locations, subject to final confirmation". That's somewhat vague but still indicates there is a pay range. It's not a specific number but it's not placeholder like "varies". It says ranges are good-faith ranges for these locations. Might be acceptable. We'll include Pay section with that sentence. Schedule: "Working pattern Full time during the block, standard business hours in your office’s time zone. Laptop and tooling provided. Occasional evening or early-morning work for maintenance windows and calls with our Korean colleagues — planned in advance, infrequent, never overnight. Co-ops are not on the on-call rotation and travel is not expected. Onsite or hybrid so you sit near your mentor." That's schedule info. Benefits: "Why You'll Love It Here" includes bullet points about culture, etc. Also "Laptop and tooling provided" could be benefit. Also certification: "we pay the exam fee and give study time for AWS Cloud Practitioner — and Solutions Architect Associate for a strong second block. Most co-ops leave certified." That's benefit. Thus Benefits section can include: laptop and tooling provided, certification exam fee paid, study time, culture points. We need to avoid boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, etc. Remove lines like "Megazone US is an equal opportunity employer..." and "Megazone Cloud is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Now craft HTML. We'll have:

About the role

Megazone US is a cloud Managed Service Provider. Companies hand us the cloud environments that run their business — applications, databases, networks — and we keep them running, secure and affordable across AWS, Azure and Google Cloud. In practice that means: monitoring customer systems 24x7 and responding to alerts; patching, backups and tested restores; reviewing accounts against security baselines and supporting audits such as SOC 2; analysing cloud bills and cutting waste (FinOps); automating repetitive work with scripts and infrastructure-as-code; and explaining all of it clearly to the customer. Our parent company is Korean and our customers are global, so you also see how a real follow-the-sun operation runs.

Responsibilities

  • Work a real ticket queue alongside a mentor engineer — access requests, monitoring changes, inventory and tagging clean‑up — owned end to end.
  • Run scheduled health checks, patching windows and backup verification with an engineer.
  • Pull cloud cost and usage reports and flag waste; help build the savings case.
  • Write and improve runbooks and knowledge‑base articles the whole team uses.
  • Build one automation — a script or dashboard — that removes a recurring manual task.
  • Second‑block co‑ops go further: incident response, migration support, and Terraform contributions under review.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in Computing & Information Technologies, Information Sciences, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Networking & Systems Administration, Software Engineering, MIS or similar.
  • At least one year of study completed, including coursework in programming, networking, operating systems or databases.
  • Comfortable at a command line and willing to learn Linux.
  • Clear written English.
  • Dependable and detail‑oriented — in operations, following the procedure and recording what you did matters more than being clever.
  • Willing to ask for help early rather than guess on a production system.

Qualifications

  • Any hands‑on cloud exposure at all, including a free‑tier account or a class lab.
  • Scripting in Python, Bash or PowerShell.
  • A home lab, help‑desk job or anything you kept running for someone else.
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner or CompTIA certification.
  • Korean language ability.

Skills

  • Core AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, CloudWatch) and their Azure and Google Cloud equivalents.
  • Linux and Windows administration, monitoring and alerting with Datadog and CloudWatch.
  • Incident and change management in Jira Service Management.
  • Backup and disaster recovery.
  • Automation: Python or Bash against cloud APIs, Terraform, Git and code review, introduction to containers and Kubernetes.
  • Security and cost: least‑privilege access, cloud security baselines, SOC 2 audit requirements, reading and reducing cloud bills.
  • Professional: writing customer‑facing updates, running a handover, working with colleagues in other countries.
  • Certification: exam fee paid and study time for AWS Cloud Practitioner; Solutions Architect Associate for strong second block.

Benefits

  • Laptop and tooling provided.
  • Certification exam fees paid and study time provided.
  • Opportunity to earn AWS Cloud Practitioner and Solutions Architect Associate certifications.
  • Flat organization with real impact; voice shapes technical roadmap.
  • Learn‑from‑it culture: mistakes treated as learning opportunities.
  • Servant leadership management style.
  • Exposure to follow‑the‑sun operations with Korean parent company.

Pay

Pay ranges are good‑faith ranges for these locations, subject to final confirmation by Megazone US HR.

Schedule

Working pattern: full time during the block, standard business hours in your office’s time zone. Laptop and tooling provided. Occasional evening or early‑morning work for maintenance windows and calls with Korean colleagues — planned in advance, infrequent, never overnight. Co‑ops are not on the on‑call rotation and travel is not expected. Onsite or hybrid so you sit near your mentor.

Check for any leftover boilerplate: we removed EEO lines. Also removed "For faculty and career services" etc. Also removed "Why You'll Love It Here" content we incorporated into Benefits. Check duplication: we included laptop and tooling provided in Benefits and also in Schedule (mentioned). Might be duplicate but it's okay; but we could remove from Schedule to avoid duplication. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Removing duplicate might lose info? It's still present in Benefits. The schedule sentence includes "Laptop and tooling provided." If we remove it from schedule, we lose that detail in schedule context but it's still present elsewhere. Might be okay but to preserve all substantive info, we should keep it in schedule as well. Duplicate is okay. Check for any other boilerplate: "Megazone US is an equal opportunity employer..." removed. Also "Megazone Cloud is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." removed. Check for any remaining lines like "We are happy to complete institution-specific reporting." That's under For faculty and career services; we removed that block. Check for "One or two consecutive blocks, flexible on start and end dates around the academic calendar." That's also under faculty; removed. Check for "We are also glad to send an engineer to speak to a class or student chapter." removed. Check for "Strong co-ops are offered a returning block and are our first pipeline for full-time Cloud Operations Engineer roles." That's substantive; maybe we should include somewhere. It's under Working pattern? Actually appears after "Working pattern". It's about returning block and pipeline. Could be part of Benefits or maybe a separate section but we don't have a heading for that. Could add to Benefits: "Strong co‑ops are offered a returning block and are a pipeline for full‑time Cloud Operations Engineer roles." Add that to Benefits. Also "We are happy to complete institution-specific reporting." removed. Also "We are also glad to send an engineer to speak to a class or student chapter." removed. Also "Pay ranges are good-faith ranges for these locations, subject to final confirmation by Megazone US HR." we kept. Check for any le
