Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining cloud systems to support performance and availability.
- Support automation of routine operational tasks using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) under guidance.
- Manage cloud resources to ensure scalability and availability.
- Collaborate with development teams to deploy and maintain cloud-based applications and services.
- Participate in system audits and help generate reports on cloud system health.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving basic cloud infrastructure issues.
- Contribute to documentation of operational procedures and best practices.
- Learn and apply cloud security and compliance standards.
- Support on-premises data center operations and integration with cloud systems.
- Affiliate with maintenance and upgrades of on-premises hardware and software.
- Participate in on-call rotation.
Requirements
- 4 years of relevant experience required.
- Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Knowledge of Manage Kubernetes, Azure, Cloud Security, Linux using Python or Bash scripting, PowerShell, Docker, Git, DevOps, Spacelift, M365 suite, EntraID.
- Knowledge of Hyperconverged systems, Windows and Linux OS, Support of both Datacenter and Cloud environments.
