About the role

The Senior Cloud Network Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure cloud-based network infrastructures. This role requires a strong background in cloud networking technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, along with a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure cloud networks following industry best practices.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure to meet business needs and ensure high availability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, security analysts, and operations staff to ensure seamless integration and performance.
• Perform regular security assessments and implement necessary controls to protect against threats.
• Document all processes and procedures for future reference and training purposes.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in cloud networking and security.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Active Top Secret clearance.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, security principles, and compliance regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of cloud-native tools and services.
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with cloud security tools and technologies.

Skills
