  • 2+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, particularly Ansible and Terraform.
  • Experience creating Ansible roles, playbooks, inventories, and Terraform workflows including state management and CI/CD processes.
  • Familiarity with HPE Morpheus Enterprise, KVM/HVM platforms, or similar virtualization environments.
  • Experience with VMware vCenter and virtual machine lifecycle management is a strong plus.
  • Working knowledge of NetBox for IPAM, DCIM, infrastructure documentation, and API integrations.

  • Experience with Git-based version control workflows such as GitHub or GitLab.
  • Ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure issues.
  • Strong documentation skills with the ability to create clear runbooks, topology diagrams, and change records.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced technical environment.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive mindset focused on automation, process improvement, and operational excellence.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM best practices is preferred.

Benefits

  • Fully remote work opportunity.
  • Standard business hours with participation in an on-call rotation.
  • Occasional travel opportunities for datacenter activities (less than 10%).
  • Competitive compensation based on experience, skills, education, and market factors.
  • Opportunity to work on modern cloud infrastructure and automation initiatives.
  • Collaborative environment with experienced engineering and technology teams.
