About the role
EPAM is looking for a Cloud Engagement Lead to own Google Cloud revenue and drive cloud transformation across assigned accounts and verticals. You will lead end-to-end pipeline creation, partner with Google Cloud field teams on co-sell motions, and serve as a trusted advisor guiding clients through their modernization journeys.
Responsibilities
- Own Net New and Expansion revenue targets for Google Cloud engagements; drive a proactive pipeline and operating cadence
- Lead opportunities end-to-end — origination, qualification, deal shaping, commercial structuring, and contract closure
- Embed in top accounts: build joint EPAM–Google Cloud account strategies and execute land-and-expand motions across cloud migration, app modernization, data, and AI
- Serve as trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders (VP to C-level), positioning EPAM as a long-term transformation partner
- Own and execute joint GTM motions with Google Cloud, acting as primary EPAM deal lead in co-sell opportunities
- Leverage Google Cloud programs and funding (PSF, DAF) to accelerate deal closure and increase deal size
- Own pursuit leader on strategic deals, coordinating solution architects, delivery, and commercial teams
- Mentor Client Partners and pursuit teams in cloud business development and Google Cloud co-sell best practices
Requirements
- 10+ years in technology consulting, cloud services, or digital transformation; recent focus on Google Cloud modernization programs
- 5+ years driving cloud business growth in professional services or enterprise engineering environments
- Proven track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with hard revenue accountability and aggressive bookings targets
- Deep familiarity with the Google Cloud field org (account teams, M1/M2 leadership) and co-sell, ECIF, and partner funding mechanics
- Strong business development instincts — proactive pipeline creation, offer-driven selling, and the ability to build joint GTM motions from scratch
- Technical credibility in cloud engineering; practical fluency in AI-driven delivery models (AI-Native Development, FDE)
- Executive communication and relationship-building skills; comfortable operating across verticals and client seniority levels
- Builder mindset — scrappy, hands-on, comfortable with ambiguity and standing up new motions without formal support structures
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Passionate about driving digital transformation and innovation
- Experience with Google Cloud products and services
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Strategic thinking and execution
- Client-facing and relationship-building skills
- Cloud architecture and design
- Business development and sales
