Responsibilities

  • Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating effective communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews
  • Support functional teams in managing advisory and consulting initiatives focusing on domain specific product evaluation, benchmarking studies and domain specific system configurations
  • Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong knowledge in Cloud Platform - AWS
  • Database knowledge – SQL, NoSQL, table structure, data relationships
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC and agile practices
  • Proficient in JIRA
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Hands-on knowledge in Product Design & Development
  • Technical understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flows

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong work ethic, self-starter, able to be highly productive in a dynamic, collaborative environment
  • Strong business process acumen with experience in supporting business stakeholders
  • Business-level communication is a must
  • Facilitates dialogues that produce new perspectives and trigger recommendations for substantial innovative/enhancement, and analysis of consequences
  • Skilled in negotiation to align stakeholders and communicate a single synthesized perspective to the scrum team
  • Experience in Pharmacy or Healthcare domain is highly desirable
  • Ability to work in team in diverse/multiple stakeholder environment
  • Experience to Retail/Pharmacy domain
  • Analytical skills
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
  • This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location
