Responsibilities
- Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating effective communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews
- Support functional teams in managing advisory and consulting initiatives focusing on domain specific product evaluation, benchmarking studies and domain specific system configurations
- Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge in Cloud Platform - AWS
- Database knowledge – SQL, NoSQL, table structure, data relationships
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and agile practices
- Proficient in JIRA
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on knowledge in Product Design & Development
- Technical understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flows
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong work ethic, self-starter, able to be highly productive in a dynamic, collaborative environment
- Strong business process acumen with experience in supporting business stakeholders
- Business-level communication is a must
- Facilitates dialogues that produce new perspectives and trigger recommendations for substantial innovative/enhancement, and analysis of consequences
- Skilled in negotiation to align stakeholders and communicate a single synthesized perspective to the scrum team
- Experience in Pharmacy or Healthcare domain is highly desirable
- Ability to work in team in diverse/multiple stakeholder environment
- Experience to Retail/Pharmacy domain
- Analytical skills
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location
