Cloud Data Migration Engineer

Position Overview

The role involves supporting cloud migration projects, particularly focusing on migrating Oracle workloads to AWS with expertise in infrastructure, networking, and automation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience supporting the design, development, deployment, or delivery of technology solutions.
• 8+ years of experience using AWS Database Migration Service (DMS) to migrate data from Oracle to AWS.
• 8+ years of experience with batch and real-time data ingestion, including full loads, CDC, and streaming architectures.
• 8+ years of experience with designing and implementing AWS cloud services, specifically VPC, subnets, security groups, and networking.
• 8+ years of experience with core AWS services including EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, Lambda, and infrastructure-as-code tools such as CloudFormation or Terraform.
