About the role
Design and optimize AI-ready cloud environments, including high-performance compute and GPU clusters. Integrate AI tools, APIs, and databases securely into existing systems. Manage model deployment, monitoring, versioning, and scaling in production environments. Implement guardrails and enforce cloud security policies for AI systems. Develop and implement strategies for cost management and operational efficiency of AI workloads. Support innovation by piloting new technologies and evaluating vendor solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize AI-ready cloud environments, including high-performance compute and GPU clusters.
- Integrate AI tools, APIs, and databases securely into existing systems.
- Manage model deployment, monitoring, versioning, and scaling in production environments.
- Implement guardrails and enforce cloud security policies for AI systems.
- Develop and implement strategies for cost management and operational efficiency of AI workloads.
- Support innovation by piloting new technologies and evaluating vendor solutions.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience creating and managing AWS IAM users, roles, policies, and permission sets.
- Deep understanding of Cloud Governance frameworks.
- Experience with AWS enterprise environments, including S3, CloudTrail, CloudWatch, ECR, and Bedrock.
- Practical AI/ML experience, specifically with cloud-native AI services like AWS Bedrock.
- Ability to evaluate and implement access control models and refine roles.
- Strong documentation and communication skills for governance procedures and technical recommendations.
