Accountabilities

  • Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure solutions supporting enterprise applications and data initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform to automate and standardize cloud environments.
  • Deploy, configure, and manage Kubernetes-based containerized workloads and orchestration environments.
  • Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines to support reliable and efficient software delivery.
  • Apply site reliability engineering practices to improve system availability, performance, scalability, and operational resilience.
  • Automate infrastructure and operational processes using appropriate tools, scripting languages, and engineering best practices.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex infrastructure, application, and system issues across cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cloud solutions meet reliability, security, performance, and business requirements.
  • Contribute to infrastructure modernization initiatives and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Apply cloud security best practices throughout infrastructure design, deployment, configuration, and ongoing operations.
  • Support cloud environments across Azure and AWS while maintaining consistent operational and engineering standards.
  • Contribute to AI and data-focused technology initiatives where cloud infrastructure and DevOps capabilities are required.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or a closely related role.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud platforms.
  • Hands-on experience using Terraform for infrastructure as code and automated cloud provisioning.
  • Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration concepts and practices.
  • Experience applying Site Reliability Engineering principles to improve reliability, scalability, and operational performance.
  • Practical experience developing, maintaining, and managing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to diagnose complex systems and application issues.
  • Experience with automation tools and scripting languages used to streamline infrastructure and operational processes.
  • Understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, distributed environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services such as Azure DevOps and Azure AI is preferred.
  • Experience supporting AI and data initiatives is an advantage.
  • Experience administering Linux and Windows server environments is a plus.
