Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot system issues using diagnostic tools such as netmom, windbg, and custom application tools.
- Respond to incident tickets in a 24x7 operational cloud environment to meet SLA objectives.
- Review system logs to identify and mitigate system issues.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret security clearance.
- Experience with cloud technologies, specifically Microsoft Azure.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash.
Compensation
Up to $100,000 annually.
Schedule
Multiple fixed shifts available, including mornings, afternoons, and nights, with 24x7 on‑call support.
