Qualifications

• Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 10lbs without assistance
• Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements
• May be asked to operate company vehicles following our company policies and standards (including but not limited to golf carts)
• Notary License Required: associate must have notary license active and in good standing by the end of six (6) month introductory period, from date of hire

Responsibilities

• Answer Owner questions regarding the use of properties and location amenities
• Make recommendations given the background information obtained on the Owner through discovery
• Develop and maintain records on customer contacts
• Use that information to support effective follow-up opportunities
• Advise Sales team on issues related to ownership contracts (e.g., titles, financing, pre-approval)
• Ensure that signed contract paperwork is accurate and contains all necessary information and documentation
• Respond to Sales team requests related to contract status
• Maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty, including up-selling
