Responsibilities
- Prepare and review closing documents
- Coordinate with clients, attorneys, and third parties to ensure timely completion of closings
- Handle escrow accounts and funds management
- Ensure compliance with state and local real estate laws and regulations
- Provide administrative support to the closing team
Requirements
- 3-5 years' experience in real estate or expressed interest in learning real estate legal practices
- A paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program and/or bachelor’s degree preferred
- SC Notary certificate required
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
