Closing Coordinator/Title Processor

Closing Coordinator / Title Processor Must have recent experience as a Closing Coordinator with a title company or law firm to be considered. We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Title Processor / Closing Coordinator with hands-on experience using SoftPro closing software, title insurance, and preparing Closing Disclosures/HUD-1 Settlement Statements. Responsibilities Coordinate real estate closings from start to finish.Review title searches for title clearance and work with all parties to resolve title issues.Review closing instructions, lien letters, tax certifications, and sales agreements, identifying and communicating potential issues.Maintain professional and friendly communication with lenders, real estate agents, buyers, and sellers throughout the transaction.Respond promptly to inquiries from lenders, real estate agents, vendors, buyers, and sellers.Prepare title commitments and other required documentation for lenders.Coordinate closing schedules and requirements with all parties involved.Prepare all required closing documents, including deeds and affidavits.Prepare Closing Disclosures or HUD-1 Settlement Statements as required. Requirements At least 3 years of experience as a Closing Coordinator.Recent experience working for a title company or law firm.Hands-on experience with SoftPro closing software.Strong knowledge of title insurance, title searches, and title clearance.Experience preparing Closing Disclosures/HUD-1 Settlement Statements and other closing documents.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
