We are looking for someone passionate about creating functional and beautiful spaces that meet each client's unique needs. This is part time with the intention of becoming full time. Qualifications Experience with custom closet installationExperience with crown and trimExperience with custom carpentry and cabinetry a plusVocational or technical training in carpentry or a related field preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent Requirements Familiarity with a variety of tools and equipment used in closet installationsProficiency with tools such as table saws, miter saws, oscillators, nail finishers Experience installing cabinet hanging rails and adjusting door hinges Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as neededAbility to read and interpret blueprints and schematicsValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipExcellent communication and interpersonal skills Responsibilities Install custom closet systems in clients' homes or businesses according to design specificationsEnsure high-quality workmanship and attention to detailProvide exceptional customer service and communication throughout the installation processMaintain a safe and organized work environmentCollaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projectsFollow company policies and procedures related to installation and customer service We offer competitive compensation, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive team environment.
