We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Demolition & Drywall Repair Technician to prepare customers' homes for our custom closet installations. This position is ideal for someone with experience in remodeling, drywall repair, painting, texture matching, or general construction who enjoys working independently and takes pride in leaving every job looking better than they found it.
Responsibilities
- Remove existing wire shelving, cabinets, and closet systems safely and efficiently
- Protect customers' homes by covering floors, furniture, and work areas
- Repair drywall, patch holes, and prepare walls for installation
- Match existing wall textures and complete paint touch-ups as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Load, unload, and transport tools and materials
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and represent our company with integrity
- Occasionally assist installation crews when needed
Qualifications
- Experience with drywall repair, painting, texture matching, demolition, remodeling, or general construction
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Dependable with excellent attendance and a positive attitude
- Able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check

Pay
Competitive pay of $25–$35 per hour, based on experience
