FLOOR/TRASH TECHNICIAN (PART TIME)

About the role

Crothall Healthcare is seeking immediate part-time FLOOR/TRASH TECHNICIAN positions at Children's Hospital Colorado located at 13123 East 16TH Avenue, Aurora, CO 80045. Online applications are accepted only. The schedule varies from 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm, and 11:00 pm - 7:30 am, with days varying.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain knowledge of principles of hard-surface floor maintenance and use proper procedures on hard floor care including stripping and refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing
  • Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment
  • Utilize automated equipment for cleaning of large area of floor surface
  • Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types
  • Utilize proper procedures on carpet and upholstering including shampooing, damp surface, extractions, spot cleaning, vacuuming, etc.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by manager

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in prior floor care & trash maintenance roles preferred

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a floor care technician or in related role preferred
  • Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques required
  • Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures
  • Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs.

Pay

$18.00 per hour to $25.00 per hour

Schedule

Part time schedule. 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm, and 11:00 pm - 7:30 am; days may vary.
