About the role

Bath Planet of Metro NY is one of the fastest-growing bathroom remodeling companies in the region. We are seeking a motivated, high-energy In-Home Bath Design Representative to join our sales team covering the Nassau and Suffolk County territories.

Responsibilities

• Travel to scheduled appointments throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties.
• Conduct in-home design consultations, assess technical project requirements, and present tailored design solutions.
• Build strong rapport with homeowners, delivering a professional, consultative sales presentation.
• Close sales on-site and accurately manage lead statuses within our company CRM platform.

Requirements

• Previous experience in in-home sales, home improvement, or design consultations is highly preferred (experience in related industries like windows, siding, roofing or kitchen remodeling is a major plus).
• Strong communication, rapport, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A disciplined self-starter with a professional demeanor and a drive to succeed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for daily travel across Long Island.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
