Closer Wanted In-Home Design Consultant

About the role

Bath Planet of Metro NY is seeking an In-Home Bath Design Representative to cover the Nassau and Suffolk County territories. This role involves meeting with pre-screened, qualified homeowners to design and present custom bathroom remodeling projects.

Responsibilities

• Travel to scheduled appointments throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties.
• Conduct in-home design consultations, assess technical project requirements, and present tailored design solutions.
• Build strong rapport with homeowners, delivering a professional, consultative sales presentation.
• Close sales on-site and accurately manage lead statuses within our company CRM platform.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in in-home sales, home improvement, or design consultations is highly preferred (experience in related industries like windows, siding, roofing or kitchen remodeling is a major plus).
• Strong communication, rapport, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A disciplined self-starter with a professional demeanor and a drive to succeed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for daily travel across Long Island.
