About the Role

St. Martin de Porres, an Independence Mission School, is seeking full-time Auxiliary Teacher candidates to support staff absences and provide additional instructional assistance within the school. This role supports the school on a daily basis across all ages of students (PK-8) and in all content areas, including specials (music, art, PE) and core academics (reading, math).

Requirements

• High School degree (required).
• Clearance on all required background checks (required).
• Completion of all onboarding documentation and training (required).

• Experience working with children of diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated ability to accommodate a range of learning needs and differentiate instruction.
• A track record of holding students to high expectations and leading them to achieve those expectations.
