About the role

Digital Factory is seeking a Client Services Project Manager to lead multiple initiatives within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of clients' business goals and will effectively manage projects to drive desired outcomes. In this role, you will collaborate closely with leaders from various departments within and outside Digital Factory to plan, execute, monitor, and report on project progress.

Responsibilities

  • Gain a deep understanding of the client's business to develop effective processes, organizations, and change and learning programs that yield tangible business benefits.
  • Deliver all projects on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Assist in defining project scope and objectives, engaging all relevant stakeholders for comprehensive planning.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using established verification methods.
  • Ensure project resources are available and allocated effectively to meet project needs.
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans to monitor and track progress consistently.
  • Oversee changes to project scope, schedule, and budget using proper verification and assessment techniques.
  • Work across multiple disciplines and industries, building client knowledge and credibility rapidly.
  • Perform risk management activities to mitigate and minimize project risks.
  • Evaluate project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Identify performance gaps and resistance, developing and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Design and conduct readiness assessments, analyze results, and communicate findings clearly and succinctly.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Background in technology and software is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management.
  • Have a degree or is currently enrolled as a Graduate in a relevant program.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites.
  • Strong leadership abilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare experience is highly beneficial.
  • Proven track record of leading projects in a consulting setting.
