About the role
Digital Factory is looking for a Product Manager Intern with a wide skill set to develop, test, and analyze the core Digital Factory products. The intern will contribute to the development of products utilized by businesses and brands. A successful candidate will have strong technical ability, great communication, and interpersonal skills.
Our team's digital inventiveness and mobile location expertise create brand stories that produce results. We are seasoned professionals with experience in marketing, technology, mobile, and beyond. Our skills include micro-fencing, mobile strategy, data analytics, and more.
Responsibilities
- Drive product development and set the overall product strategy.
- Translate user requirements into product features and lead the development team to construct a Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
- Maintain communication with key stakeholders.
- Analyze market and competitive situations and collaborate with the team to develop a product vision that offers unique value by addressing customer challenges.
- Identify risks and help resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality.
- Assist the team with product execution.
- Research key business data using statistical analysis and data mining to understand historical patterns that can improve business performance.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Product Management, Engineering, Consulting, or a related field.
- Applied work experience related to the skills required.
- Proven experience building roadmaps and plans.
- Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills.
- Data analysis skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed product decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as engineering, marketing, and sales to drive product success.
- Previous experience working remotely or in a distributed team environment.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
