About Us
We are a Healogics-managed, award-winning wound care center looking for an RN Case Manager to coordinate and provide care for our patients in a team-based, clinic environment. We welcome new graduates and seek a nurse with a positive attitude who is passionate about delivering excellent patient care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Direct and coordinate all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices.
- Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Graduate of a School of Professional Nursing; must provide documented evidence to perform waived testing.
- License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Alabama.
- Current BLS certification.
Schedule
Full-time position with expected hours Monday–Thursday 07:45–16:30 and Fridays 07:45–12:00, with flexibility depending on patient volumes and clinic needs.
