Responsibilities
- Takes vital signs for patients
- Removes dressings from patients
- Cleanses and measures wounds according to clinic policies
- Inputs data into Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Transmits patient information to supervising Registered Nurse (RN) or provider
- Placing wound dressings as directed by the provider
- Assists with clerical tasks as needed to support the team
