About the role
A professional at this position level is responsible for:
- Leading activities to create project plans, run the PMO, and gather client requirements
- Assessing the impact of requirements on broader transformation initiatives
- Improving techniques for delivering transformations
- Supporting and sharing knowledge with project teams
- Managing the flow from requirements to development
- Staying current with changes in the Contract Management industry and providing thought leadership for continuous improvement
Responsibilities
- Lead Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementations using Sirion
- Translate client requirements into technical specifications
- Manage requirement-to-development and data migration setup and delivery
- Collaborate with technology vendors in the contract management space (e.g., Icertis, Ariba, Coupa, Conga)
- Utilize core project platforms such as Projects and Jira
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Sirion CLM implementations, business analytics, and change management
- Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting clients in Financial Services, Retail, High Tech, Health, Communications, or Telecoms sectors
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Qualifications
- CLM certification (preferred)
- At least 3 years of experience in consulting services
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience
- Minimum of 3 years leading project planning, PMO operations, and requirement gathering
- Experience with contract management and advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, JD) are a plus

Pay
Compensation varies by location and experience. The following ranges are provided as required by local law:
- California: $70,350 to $205,800
- Cleveland: $59,100 to $164,600
- Colorado: $63,800 to $177,800
- District of Columbia: $68,000 to $189,300
- Illinois: $59,100 to $177,800
- Maine: $54,400 to $151,400
- Maryland: $63,800 to $177,800
- Massachusetts: $63,800 to $189,300
- Minnesota: $63,800 to $177,800
- New York: $66,300 to $205,800
- New Jersey: $68,000 to $205,800
- Virginia: $59,100 to $189,300
- Washington: $80,200 to $189,300
