Requirements
Role Overview: A Clinic RN works within the scope of their nursing practice to deliver quality patient care in a clinical setting, collaborating with physicians, specialists, and care teams to support both short-term and long-term patient needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer treatments and medications as per medical directives.
Collect and document patient information upon arrival.
Support patient evaluations by assisting in clinical assessments.
Ensure patients understand post-care instructions and follow-up requirements.
Educate patients about their health conditions, treatment plans, and medication regimens.
Facilitate the resolution of any patient concerns, escalating to the department manager as needed.
Deliver high-quality customer service to patients and families.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans.
Administrative Duties:
Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and standards.
Document all nursing activities and patient interactions accurately.

Strong clinical assessment and technical nursing skills.

Qualifications
EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Must maintain current, active license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Colorado or within a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
BLS Certification required.
