Clinician Technician - Ranchwood Apartments

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and secure environment for clients in a residential setting
• Engage clients in skills training to enhance functioning and lead to community integration and self-sufficiency
• Screen, assess, and develop treatment plans for clients
• Manage client cases and coordinate care
• Coordinate crisis management and support
• Directly support clients in ILS activities, health and wellness, personal assistance, rehabilitation, vocational skills, training, development, transportation, and crisis management
• Oversee the medication process and submit clinical documentation
