Clinician I/II ACT ***Sign on Bonus Eligible***
About the Role
RBH is offering sign-on bonus opportunities for qualifying professionals. Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) is an evidence-based practice that improves outcomes for adults with severe mental illness (SMI) who are most at-risk of psychiatric crisis, hospitalization, and involvement with the criminal justice system. ACT uses a multidisciplinary team approach with assertive outreach in the community. The team includes a Supervisor, Team Lead, SUD Clinician, Vocational Clinician, Case Managers, Nurses, Peer Support Specialist, and Administrative Assistant. The consistent, caring, person-centered relationships have a positive effect on outcomes and quality of life for the individuals served. Research shows that ACT reduces hospitalization, increases housing stability, and improves quality of life for people with the most severe symptoms of mental illness.
RBHA is seeking a qualified individual to join this multidisciplinary team. This role requires a passion for community-based services, commitment to helping adults with SMI progress toward their goals, enjoyment of a fast-paced environment, strong teamwork skills, and eagerness to learn and grow within this multifaceted service delivery model.
