Overview
The Early Childhood Mental Health Outpatient Continuum (ECMH OPC) provides therapeutic and behavioral services to young children (0-5). Providers work side by side with families to build positive relationships between young children and their caregivers and lay the foundation for healthy social and emotional development.
Compensation
We Offer The initial compensation for this position ranges from $73,469.00 - $90,358.00 per year; depending on experience, location, and internal equity considerations. 8% License Differential for LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD. and select Peer Certifications.5% Bilingual Differential for qualified positions

Qualifications
- Master’s degree (MA/MS) in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling, psychology, or a related behavioral health field and two (2) or more years of relevant experience required including practicum/internship hours, or equivalent combination of education and experience (two years of relevant experience equals one year of education)
- To include: Registration with the California BBS as an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW), Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), or Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC).
- Obtain Licensure in the State of California within 5 years
- Familiarity with trauma-informed care, DSM-5 diagnosis, and treatment planning.
