About the role
Serves as an active part of a multidisciplinary team that provides assessment and therapeutic services to adults, children and/or adolescents who present with a wide range of significant behavioral health needs. Treatment is aimed at assisting individuals and/or families by helping them develop the skills necessary to improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Conducts assessments and develops treatment plans for clients
- Provides individual, family, and group therapy sessions
- Collaborates with other members of the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care
- Monitors client progress and makes adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Participates in interdisciplinary team meetings and case conferences
- Maintains accurate and timely documentation of client progress and interactions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Valid Connecticut Driver’s License
- Current CPR certification
- Experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Must have a valid Connecticut Driver’s License
- Must have current CPR certification
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field

Pay
The salary range for this position starts at $57,000 per year. Sign on bonus: $5,000 ($2,500 at 6mths, and $2,500 at one year).
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm.
