About the role
The Two (2) Clinician Roles Are As Follows:
Parent-child Clinician
- Deliver interventions to facilitate positive parent-child interactions and optimal child development.
- Main focus on the parent's relationship with the index child (age birth to 36 months).
- Assess and intervene for all children in the household.
- Advocate with systems such as educational, medical, and legal.
Individual/Substance Abuse Clinician
- Deliver interventions targeting parental sobriety and psychological well-being.
- Treat co-morbid mental health issues and co-construct sobriety goals.
- Afford discussions and treatment for education, employment, healthy relationships, family communication, and legal issues.
Requirements
- Licensed Clinician: Master's degree in social work, psychology, or other licensed counseling degree. State of CT license required (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist).
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience postgraduate in an outpatient setting (depending on program).
- Bilingual/bicultural skills preferred.
- Unlicensed Clinician: MSW or equivalent required with a minimum of 3 years' post graduate clinical experience preferred.
- Clinical degree in social work, psychology, or other licensed-eligible counseling degree. LMSW or equivalent required and licensed eligible.

Pay
$54,000 commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Full Time. Position can be flexible with schedule and allow for some telecommuting.
