Job Description Join our team and support the Lawrence CJSC in supporting justice involved individual, to reduce the likelihood of recidivism. Requirements Program/Department Responsibility:  Ensure that all casework services are consistent with the operating policies of the Office of Community Corrections (OCC) and other regulatory agencies.  Ensure that participant documents such as a copy of all intake materials are placed in participant files including those provided by supervising agencies (e.g., Probation, Parole, and Sheriff’s Department).  Complete intake assessments utilizing assessment tools (e.g. LS/RNR, TCUDS, etc.); assess risks/responsivity needs; and develop treatment plans for each assigned participant.  Ensure that treatment plans and goals for transition are completed and reviewed on a monthly basis. Provide feedback to participants.  Make necessary referrals to outside agencies or departments as needed. Case manage community based-services.  Complete regular check-ins with participants.  Document participant interaction (i.e., client notes) as needed.  Assign and track completion of Client Behavioral Interventions (CBI’s) as needed.  Create an after care/discharge plan for each assigned participant.  Facilitate CBT manualized groups to fidelity. Submit to/conduct group audits.  Utilize technology for programming needs (i.e., virtual meetings/groups or hybrid models).  Keep participant data and information updated in the system (Client Information Management System or CIMS).  Transport or conduct drug testing on participants upon staffing deficiencies.  Participate in all meetings and trainings as requested by the supervisor(s).  Perform other duties as assigned or directed by the supervisor(s).  Collection and documentation of urine screens as needed.
