Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and case management services to assigned participants, including individual and group therapy, treatment planning, assessments, crisis management and coordination of therapeutic services.
- Provide team leadership for a multidisciplinary treatment team and clinical training and support for staff.
- Include administrative duties, benefits management and financial information, coordination of supported employment activities where applicable and overall clinical support for participants.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or Clinical Mental Health Counseling; licensure preferred but must be license eligible in the State of NH.
- Experience with benefits and supported employment activities and the participant population preferred.
