Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and case management services to assigned participants, including individual and group therapy, treatment planning, assessments, crisis management and coordination of therapeutic services.
- Provide team leadership for a multidisciplinary treatment team and clinical training and support for staff.
- Administer administrative duties, benefits management and financial information, coordination of IMR activities where applicable and overall clinical support for participants.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field required; licensure in social work or mental health field preferred or license eligible.
- NFI does provide supervision towards licensure.
- Experience with benefits and IMR/supported employment activities and the participant population preferred.
