Full-time, onsite position in Killingworth, CT with a schedule of Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM.
About the role
Seeking a Clinician for a long-term residential behavioral-health program serving adolescents and young adults. The Clinician will provide individual, family, and group therapy and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of approximately 6 clients
- Deliver individual, family, and group therapy
- Work in a fast-paced, higher-acuity residential environment
- Take ownership of caseload and clinical responsibilities
Requirements
- Comfortable working with young boys and adolescent girls
- Strong trauma-informed clinical foundation
- Experience in residential treatment, behavioral health, substance use, or mental health preferred
- Receptive to feedback and eager for professional growth
Qualifications
- LPCA, LMSW, LMFT, or pursuing relevant Connecticut associate licensure
- License verification through the Connecticut eLicense system
- Clinical supervision available to support licensure-hour requirements
- Experience with youth, substance use, or mental health is acceptable
- Early-career, energetic, and eager to develop clinically
- Full independent Connecticut licensure is not required
Pay
$65,000–$80,000 per year
Schedule
- Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday
- 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
