Qualifications
EDUCATION: Master’s degree in social work, clinical mental health counseling, or in marriage and family therapy is required. Independent licensure to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is preferred.
EXPERIENCE: A minimum of three years of experience is preferred. Experience working with adults, children, couples, and families is required; Knowledge in DSM-V diagnoses is required; Experience in diagnosing and treatment planning is required; Certification or documented proficiency in one or more of the following EBP’s: CBT, PE, or CPT is preferred. Candidate must be willing to received training in preferred EBPs. Experience working with military populations and/or Veterans is strongly preferred;

Essential Job Responsibilities
- A goal of 26 contact hours with clients is expected weekly.
- Perform and document client screenings, biopsychosocial assessments, and progress and referral information.
- Provides therapy for individual adults and children, couples, and family therapy to clients, with a focus on delivering evidence-based treatments.
- Collaborate and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to provide quality mental health care.
- Attend weekly clinical, supervision, and administrative meetings.
- Other duties as assigned.
