Pay

The pay for this position is $68,253.75-$82,586 annually, which is inclusive of a shift differential. $5,000 sign-on bonus!

Schedule

This is a 2nd Shift position, working from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree + minimum 2 years of direct service experience
• Current Vermont License (LICSW, LCMHC, LADC, LMFT)
• Ability to conduct clinical assessments and design treatment plans that target clearly identified treatment goals
• Knowledge of mental health, substance use, social work and behavioral issues that impact an individual’s quality of life
• Healthy communication skills that allow for honest discussions, feedback, and exchanges
• Ability to work well with a team and demonstrate flexibility when client, program, and/or agency needs require it
