Clinicals Lead Analyst

Responsibilities

Under the direction of an IS Manager or IS Director, the Lead Systems Analyst leads and assists with system administration, system security, system configuration, issue resolution, data mining, and testing activities. The Lead Systems Analyst will lead multiple small to large projects, coordinating resources across the entire organization. They are required to deliver formal presentations to organization management and project teams on accomplishments, issues, and solution alternatives. The Lead Systems Analyst mentors others within the team. They work with Information Services leadership to create the initial Annual Performance Appraisals and participate in the face-to-face review of these appraisals. The Lead Analyst works with an IS Manager or Director to monitor work assignments of team members, providing feedback on employee performance and recommending workload adjustments.

All work activities, including projects, trouble calls, customer requests, and customer change requests regarding computer hardware, computer software, application software, networking, and telecommunications, will be entered into the SDPlus system accurately and in a timely manner.
