Clinical Trials Project Manager II - Greenberg Lab

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day laboratory operations.
• Develop and maintain project timelines and milestone tracking systems.
• Maintain laboratory documentation and project records.
• Track deliverables across grants, manuscripts, and research projects.
• Afford assistance with onboarding and coordination of students, interns, volunteers, and research staff.
• Coordinate activities involving community organizations, healthcare systems, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience required. Master's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Clinical trials project management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice, protocol planning, implementation, coordination, evaluation, and reporting of clinical trials required.
• Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, time-management and organization skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software preferred.

Skills and Abilities
