Project Manager - Clinical Trials
About the role
This job manages the entire life-cycle of a specific project. Assigns personnel to various projects; directs or coordinates their activities; interfaces activities of development team with all other departments and vendors; prepares activity and progress reports; and provides general consulting and problem solving services. Acts as a single point of contact for various departments to ensure coordination among the departments and maintain overall responsibility for project deliverables while upholding project management standards and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Manages all facets of assigned project(s).
- Sets and monitors project timelines and milestones.
- Gathers and analyzes information to prepare status reports.
- Maintains and enhances professional competency.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Requirements
- Education Required: Bachelor’s degree.
- Work Experience Required: 5 years of relevant experience including 3 years of supervisory or project management experience.
Qualifications
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
- Proficiency in various office software packages, including but not limited to Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent judgment, decision-making, delegating and leadership skills.
- Analytical skills and ability to demonstrate a logical through process in order to formulate practical solutions to problems.
- Positive interpersonal skills and ability to effectively and professionally work with people from all backgrounds.
- Ability to travel throughout and between facilities and work variable schedule, such as nights, evenings, weekends, holidays, extended shifts, etc.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Final offer will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
Schedule
The schedule for this position is flexible and may include nights, evenings, weekends, holidays, extended shifts, etc. Specific details will be provided during the interview process.
