A 21.6hpw 0.6 WTE Clinical and Administrative Band 4 post is available.
This post is funded by the UK / Scotland VPAG (Voluntary Scheme for branded medicines pricing, access, and growth) funding to support the growth of commercial clinical trials across NHS Highland and NHS Grampian with an aim of achieving substantial increases in patient participation.
Responsibilities
- Act as the Administrative and Clinical Trials Assistant of the VPAG PERU programme for the North of Scotland.
- Support the establishment of a new model of primary care commercial research in Scotland called PERU – Practice Embedded Research Unit.
- Work directly with the finance and governance staff in both Health Boards.
- Work across NHS Highland and NHS Grampian but will be based in Inverness.
- Be prepared for substantial travel across the North as part of this post.
Requirements
The role does not meet the eligibility criteria for a Skilled Worker visa or a Health and Care Worker visa.
